01Does this bar fit my machine?
Every product page quotes the factory's fitment specification word for word, exactly as published, including qualifiers such as model year ("2021-") or equipment ("Machines with Dig Assist"). We deliberately do not expand or interpret model ranges ourselves.

02What is the difference between Package 2 and Package 3?
Package 3 is the version with an added LED light bar; Package 2 is the bar with flash and position lighting. The exact contents of each article are listed on its product page; that list is leading.
An honest note on the numbering: it follows the article-number suffixes we observe in the manufacturer's range (-13 bare bar with clamps, -23 package 2, -33 package 3 with LED light bar). We are still confirming this numbering with the factory.
03Can the bar be powder coated in a colour of my choice?
Yes: every bar can be powder coated in any RAL colour, matched to your machine or fleet. Powder coating is always quoted individually: use the button on the product page or the quote form and mention your preferred colour.
Price and lead time depend on the colour and quantity; both are confirmed in the quote.
04What does "pre-wired" mean?
The lighting is mounted and wired on the bar at the factory. The wiring is labelled per function (for example work light in/out, position light, flash light and night dimming to a switch), so connecting the kit is straightforward.
Where the manufacturer's product sheet is available, the product page shows those wiring labels, translated from the Swedish documentation.
05How is the bar mounted?
According to the manufacturer's product sheets, roof bars mount using the machine's original roof bolts. The mounting section on each product page is translated directly from the factory product sheet for that article.
The manufacturer's use restrictions also apply: the bars are not intended for towing or lifting, and not for use as a step or handrail. These restrictions are shown per product where documented.
06What is the R65 flash pattern and why is it recommended?
The flash lighting on these bars can be programmed to different flash patterns. According to the manufacturer's documentation, R65 is the EU-approved pattern and the recommended setting.

07Are the bars really IP69K, and is there a 5-year warranty?
Where a product page mentions IP69K or a 5-year warranty, that is a manufacturer claim, and we label it as such. We only show these claims where the factory explicitly states them.
Your statutory rights under Dutch and EU law apply in addition to any manufacturer warranty.
08What is the delivery time?
Delivery times are not published yet (TODO Lars: add before go-live). Until then: request a quote and we will confirm price and lead time with the manufacturer, usually within one working day.
09How can I pay?
The checkout supports iDEAL, SEPA bank transfer and card, processed by Stripe. Important: the shop currently runs in TEST MODE: payments are not real yet. For actual orders, use the quote form.
B2B ordering on invoice is available via the quote route.
10Are prices including or excluding VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT, with the Dutch 21% VAT-inclusive amount indicated alongside. Business customers with a valid EU VAT number can order with reverse-charged VAT.
11Can I get a bar in a different colour (RAL)?
Yes: colour variants exist in the manufacturer's range (article numbers carrying an R-colour-code, for example a RAL shade). Not all of them are listed online; request a colour variant via the quote form.
