Privacy statement
Who is responsible
MachineBars is a trade name of LMNCOMMERCE, registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce / KvK 93958927), Meerweg 5, 6681 BC Bemmel. LMNCOMMERCE is the controller for the processing described in this statement.

What data we process
- Order data: name, company name (optional), delivery address, email address, phone number (optional), VAT number (optional, B2B) and the products ordered.
- Quote and contact data: name, email address, your machine details (brand, model) and the content of your message.
- Cart contents: stored locally in your own browser (localStorage) and not sent to us until you place an order or request a quote.
Why we process it
- To handle and deliver your order (performance of a contract).
- To answer questions, check fitment and prepare quotes (performance of a contract / legitimate interest).
- To meet legal obligations, such as tax administration.
How long we keep it
Financial records (orders, invoices) fall under the Dutch statutory retention duty of 7 years.
Quote and contact messages are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact and deleted afterwards. If you ask us to delete them sooner we will, unless we are legally required to keep them.
Who processes data for us
- Vercel (hosting): serves this website and processes the associated server logs.
- Supabase (database, EU region Frankfurt): storage of orders, quotes and contact messages.
- Stripe: processes your payment details when you pay in the checkout.
- Resend: sends our transactional email, such as order confirmations, invoices and quotes.
- Zoho Mail: our business mailbox, where messages to info@machinebars.com arrive.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies. A privacy-friendly analytics setup has been prepared but is not active; if it is activated, this statement and the cookie page will be updated first. See the cookie page for details.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, the right to restrict or object to processing, and the right to data portability. Use the contact form to exercise these rights.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
