1. Identity of the seller

MachineBars is a trade name of LMNCOMMERCE, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer on this website and to every agreement concluded through it, both with consumers and with business (B2B) customers. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

3. Offer and prices

Prices are shown in euros, excluding VAT, with the VAT-inclusive amount indicated. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind the seller.

Machine fitment is stated per product exactly as the manufacturer publishes it. Items marked "price on request" are quoted individually.

4. Payment

Payment runs through Stripe: iDEAL, SEPA bank transfer or card. B2B customers can request ordering on invoice via the quote route.

Temporary provision: the shop currently runs in TEST MODE. No real payments are processed and no agreements are concluded through the online checkout until this provision is removed at go-live.

5. Delivery

Delivery takes place within the European Union. Delivery times and shipping rates are confirmed per order until they are published on this site. The risk of the products transfers upon delivery.

6. Warranty and conformity

Delivered products must be in conformity with the agreement (statutory conformity). In addition, the factory provides a 5-year warranty on its bars; this is a manufacturer claim under the manufacturer's conditions and does not limit statutory rights.

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers may dissolve a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving reasons. The product must be returned complete and, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging; the direct cost of the return shipment is borne by the consumer unless agreed otherwise.

Products made to the customer's specification (for example special colour variants ordered on request) may be excluded from the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to B2B purchases.

8. Complaints

Complaints about a product or the performance of the agreement can be submitted via the contact form. We respond within one working day and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.

9. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to every agreement under these terms. Consumers additionally retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. Disputes are submitted to the competent Dutch court.

10. Language and prevailing version
